Returns & Exchanges

Making a purchase means you have read and agree to the terms below.

We keep it simple: no-questions-asked returns and exchanges on any eligible item within 7 days of receiving your order, as long as it is in its original condition with the tags intact.

What cannot be returned

Because they are made to order, the following are non-returnable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable:

• Stickers, Posters, Mugs and Phone Cases
• Anything bought using a coupon or gift voucher
• Free gifts and promotional items

Everything else, including apparel, tote bags and fridge magnets, is eligible.

Damaged, wrong or missing item

That one is on us. If your order arrives defective, incorrect or incomplete, raise a request within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right with a replacement or a refund.

Refunds

Only the price of the product is refunded. Transaction and original shipping fees are non-refundable. Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are processed within 21 business days to your original payment method, or issued as Calenvie Credits for a future purchase. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are issued as Calenvie Credits.

How to start a return

Raise a request within 7 days of delivery, along with your reason for the return or exchange. Once we approve it, you ship the product back to us. For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is arranged by you.
