What Items Can I Return?

We understand—sometimes things just don’t work out. You can return or exchange apparel or tote bags within 7 days of receiving them. Please make sure:

• Items are in their original condition.
• Clothing is unwashed and unworn.
• Items are in their original packaging.

Important Notes:

• All other products are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable as they are made to order. Once we receive an order, we print it and then ship it.
• Products bought using a coupon or gift voucher are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.
• Free gifts or promotional items cannot be returned.

Exceptions

If you receive a defective, incorrect, or missing product, please raise a request within 24 hours of delivery. After 24 hours, we will not be able to accommodate any requests.

Are There Any Charges for Returns or Exchanges?

There are no charges for exchanges of apparel or tote bags. However, please note:

• If you wish to request a refund for apparel or tote bags, there will be a refund handling fee of ₹100.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

How Soon Will I Get My Refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll send you an email to confirm that we’ve received your item and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, here’s what happens next:

• Refunds to the original method of payment will be processed within 10 working days.
• For Cash on Delivery orders, we can issue Calenvie Credits that you can use for future purchases on our website.
